With more than 20 years of experience in the residential sector, Nina brings a wealth of insight across sales, marketing and development consultancy. She joined the team in 2024 to shape and strengthen our residential sales strategy and is now leading the charge on Fallowdale Homes, our exciting new venture into residential development. Nina’s expertise and vision are helping to lay strong foundations for what’s to come.

Richard has been a key part of the team since March 2006, playing a vital role as our Development Surveyor. He leads on the marketing of new projects, helping to bring them to life and firmly place them on the map. With a background as Associate Director at Dacre Son & Hartley, Richard brings in-depth knowledge of the West Yorkshire commercial market, especially within the workspace sector. His expertise continues to shape how we grow and connect with the region.

Design sits at the heart of Rushbond, and Georgina brings a unique blend of creative insight and property knowledge to every project. Her academic background spans both worlds, with a BSc (Hons) in Rural Estate Management and a MA in the History and Business of Art and Collecting. Georgina has worked across the public and private sectors in the arts, as well as within the creative team of a major hotel group in London and New York. Her experience helps to shape thoughtful, imaginative places that celebrate character, culture and creativity.

Nigel brings exceptional experience in business and finance and has played a key role in shaping Rushbond’s financial foundations for over 25 years. As Managing Director of Winander Leisure Limited and with board roles across the Winander Group, Lakeland Motor Museum and Cumbria Tourism, he offers deep expertise in corporate finance, particularly within tourism and hospitality. Formerly a partner at Garbutt & Elliott, Nigel became Managing Director of Windermere Lake Cruises in 2004, guiding Cumbria’s most visited attraction. A passionate advocate for the Lake District, he chairs the Lake District Business Task Force and sits on the National Park Partnership.

As Founder and Chairman of Rushbond, Jonathan has been the driving force behind the business since its beginnings in 1986. His vision, leadership and unwavering commitment to quality have shaped Rushbond’s journey over the decades, guiding its steady growth and distinctive approach. Under his direction, the company has brought new life to heritage buildings and delivered bold, design-led developments that celebrate character, craft and place. Jonathan’s passion for creating inspiring spaces continues to influence everything Rushbond stands for today.

Ian joined Rushbond as Chief Executive in 2023, playing a key role in driving the next chapter of the business. His appointment marks an exciting step in the evolution of our strategy, as we continue to grow our development and investment portfolio and transform places with purpose. With wide-ranging experience across private equity, banking and listed real estate businesses, Ian brings strong leadership and a fresh perspective to help shape the future of Rushbond.

Tom joined Rushbond in 2017 and plays a key role as our Portfolio Manager, overseeing the day-to-day asset management of our investment portfolio. He focuses on unlocking value, enhancing income and managing risk across a diverse range of properties. With a background as an Associate at Savills in London, Tom brings strong expertise in property management and Landlord and Tenant matters, having advised both institutional funds and regional property companies. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Alice brings nearly a decade of experience in real estate, having worked as a Senior Property Manager in Leeds city centre before moving into business development as a Lettings Manager in Headingley. She has played an active role in the city’s evolving landscape over the past ten years and is passionate about its continued growth. Calling Leeds home, Alice takes great pride in caring for and enhancing the buildings within the portfolio, including key heritage assets, always with a focus on the wellbeing of residents and the wider community.

Richard joined Rushbond in 2014 as Finance and Commercial Director, taking a central role in supporting the financial strategy and commercial performance of the Group. With a strong background in financial management, business planning and commercial development, he brings a considered and results-driven approach to the way we operate and grow. Prior to joining Rushbond, Richard spent twelve years at Q-Park Limited, where he held the position of Head of Commercial Development and Company Secretary. His experience in leading commercial strategy and governance continues to play a key part in shaping the future of the business.

Richard has been part of the Rushbond team since 2016, bringing his expertise as a Project Manager and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He works closely with our contractors and professional teams to bring each development to life, always focused on delivering the highest standards for our purchasers and occupiers. His attention to detail and drive for quality help ensure our projects exceed expectations.
