Last winter, we were thrilled to see The Exchange illuminated as part of Harrogate’s fantastic ‘Light Night’ festival, a brilliant event that saw thousands of people exploring the town’s iconic spaces. For us, it was a moment that perfectly captured the bright future of this significant building
While we are often associated with cherished heritage projects, The Exchange represents another facet of our vision: identifying buildings with unique character and potential. Our acquisition of The Exchange was a considered move to address a clear need within the town. Despite Harrogate’s superb connectivity and picturesque surroundings, central, contemporary, Grade A office space is rare. This building presents a powerful solution.
