On the Burley Road corridor, a key route to the west of Leeds City Centre, we saw an opportunity to pioneer a new approach to student living
Our vision was to move beyond the traditional and deliver a high-quality, bespoke accommodation block that would not only set a new benchmark for the city but also act as a catalyst for the area’s regeneration.

A City First: Sentinel Towers was one of the very first private, purpose-built student accommodation developments in Leeds, providing around 250 modern, en-suite rooms for the University of Leeds.
Delivering on a Promise: We thrive on a challenge. Working to a very tight programme, we successfully delivered the completed building on time for the start of the new academic year.
A Catalyst for Regeneration: This prominent development was at the forefront of the regeneration of the Burley Road corridor, sparking new confidence and investment in the neighbourhood.
