A Landmark City Centre Development
We developed a ground floor restaurant, designed to animate the street level, with high-specification apartments above.
This development forms part of the cluster of new leisure and residential buildings that have reshaped the area around the Square.
Portland Place now stands as a successful and energetic mixed-use development.
It enhances its prime city-centre location and plays its part in the continued vibrancy of one of Leeds’ most important public spaces.
