In Upper Wortley, the former Grade II listed school stood as a landmark rich with character and history.
In collaboration with Advent Developments, we saw a wonderful opportunity to give this cherished building a new purpose. Our shared vision was to create Greenhill Fold, a unique residential community where contemporary design and historic character could blend seamlessly, transforming the school and its grounds into a truly special place to live.
A Neighbourhood of Character
The development was thoughtfully designed to create two distinct, yet harmonious, styles of living.
Historic Loft Living: We transformed the former school building, maximising its original character to create 13 two and three-bedroom loft-style houses.
Contemporary Family Homes: Within the school’s grounds, we built a collection of 36 contemporary two, three, and four-bedroom new homes, designed for modern family life.
