Civic Court: A Landmark Reborn, A Legacy Respected

Overlooking Leeds Town Hall, in a prominent position just south of Millennium Square, stands the former Leeds Education Board premises, a substantial and imposing building at the heart of the city’s civic life

We saw the immense potential within its classical walls and envisioned a new future for it. Our goal was to undertake an award-winning restoration, transforming this landmark into high-specification offices while carefully preserving the period features that give it such a distinguished character.

An Award-Winning Restoration

This project was an exercise in honouring history while creating a first-class commercial destination.

We undertook a comprehensive redevelopment of the building, creating high-specification offices designed for modern business.

Our approach focused on carefully retaining the building’s many period features, set within its classical external envelope.

The quality of the restoration was recognised with an award, affirming our commitment to excellence in heritage-led regeneration.

Today, Civic Court stands as a premier office address in one of Leeds’ most important locations

This successful transformation showcases our ability to sensitively repurpose significant civic buildings, creating exceptional workspaces that are rich with character and contribute to the prestige of their historic surroundings.
