Where others saw a space, we envisioned a destination.
At the edge of Bradford’s spectacular new mirror pool, we saw the opportunity to create a vibrant hub that would become a cornerstone of the city’s revitalisation. Our vision was to develop a landmark contemporary building that would bring new life and energy to the city centre, providing a true mix of leisure, culture, and entertainment for the whole community to enjoy, right in the heart of the city.
Creating a Vibrant Destination
Working with the award-winning Panter Hudspith architects, we created a building designed to be a focal point for city life.
A Bold Statement: We delivered a striking piece of contemporary architecture that defines the northern edge of City Park, complementing the stunning public realm.
A Place for Community: The building houses key civic and leisure anchors, including the city’s central library, creating a natural gathering place for residents and visitors alike.
A Dynamic Mix: We curated a vibrant mix of popular food and drink brands, including Nando’s, Starbucks, and a Wetherspoon pub, to create a lively and welcoming atmosphere from day to night.
Today, Centenary Square stands as a symbol of Bradford’s renewal and a testament to our belief in the city’s future.
It has become an essential part of the urban fabric, attracting thousands of people and contributing to the city’s positive transformation. This project showcases our commitment to creating distinctive places with personality and atmosphere, delivering developments that generate both social and commercial value.
