Before the Leeds Waterfront was the vibrant destination it is today, it was a place of immense, untapped potential.
We saw an opportunity to be at the forefront of its transformation. Bridge End was one of the pioneering developments that spearheaded the area’s renaissance, a bold vision, created in partnership with British Waterways, to bring new life and energy back to the water’s edge.
A New Vision for Waterside Living
This project was about creating a new kind of city-centre living, inspired by the area’s rich industrial heritage.
A Waterfront Destination: We developed a landmark mixed-use building, incorporating contemporary residential accommodation over a vibrant restaurant, creating a new anchor for the waterfront.
Celebrating Heritage: The design embraced a central theme of loft-style living, making the most of the historic structure and fabric to create unique and characterful new homes.
Today, Bridge End stands as a testament to the power of a bold vision.
It was a catalyst for change that helped to create the thriving, transformed waterfront that Leeds enjoys today. This project is a landmark in our story, demonstrating our long-held commitment to seeing the potential in overlooked areas and creating distinctive places with lasting value.
