Occupying a strategic location on the Leeds ring road at West Park, our vision was to partner with the fast-growing digital marketing specialist, Search Laboratory, to understand their requirements and create their new headquarters.

The result of this close collaboration was the largest out-of-town office transaction in Leeds in 2014.

We undertook a substantial refurbishment of the 24,000 sqft building to tailor the scheme to the occupier’s specific needs.

The building is now the headquarters for Search Laboratory, one of the UK’s leading digital marketing specialists.
