We are always looking for opportunities to make a meaningful impact in the heart of our cities.
When we acquired 73-75 Albion Street in an off-market transaction, we saw the potential to create something more than just a commercial space. Our vision was to partner with The Royal British Legion to provide them with a new, central and accessible home in Leeds, creating a welcoming front door for their vital work in the city and the wider region.
A Purpose-Driven Transformation
This project was a true collaboration, focused on delivering a space perfectly tailored to the needs of the Legion and those they serve.
A New Public Front Door: We pre-let the property to The Royal British Legion, transforming it to create their new public ‘pop-in’ advice and information centre.
A Welcoming Space: The centre offers a welcoming environment for Service personnel, veterans, and their families to receive practical help and advice.
A Prime Location: Situated in the heart of Leeds, near the Trinity shopping centre, the location ensures the Legion is visible and easily accessible to all.
Opened in 2014, the centre stands as a testament to a successful partnership.
By transforming this property, we have provided The Royal British Legion with a facility that enables them to serve the community from a central and visible location. It is a source of pride to have created a home for such an important organisation, demonstrating our commitment to projects that deliver lasting social value.
