Opposite the magnificent Grade I listed General Infirmary and the Grade II listed St. George’s Church, we saw the opportunity to work within this historic context to create a series of truly exclusive apartments, each unique in style and character.
A Collection of Unique Homes
It was a pleasure to work with this building’s wonderful architectural features, creating four unique homes that celebrate the heritage of their setting.
We restored and enhanced interesting features such as high ceilings and tall floor-to-ceiling windows to create bright and characterful living spaces.
The development consists of three 2-bedroom apartments and a remarkable 1-bedroom apartment featuring a double-height vaulted bedroom ceiling.
Completed in late 2018, the project was met with immediate success, with all four apartments quickly sold upon completion
