We’re proud to announce that Lancaster Park, our hybrid office and industrial space in Yeadon, is now fully let, creating a vibrant new commercial hub on the doorstep of Leeds Bradford Airport.
The final unit has become home to local mechanical and electrical engineering firm, Oracle M&E, marking a significant milestone for the scheme. Their arrival completes a dynamic community of businesses at this key location, which represents the final phase of our successful Airport West development.
Lancaster Park was conceived with a clear vision: to create a high-quality, flexible commercial environment that supports the growth of local enterprise.
